Pages Showing Up Blank

I have heard from a few people that they are experiencing pages going blank on them. If you are having this type of issue at all would you please reply to this post with the exact issue and where it is happening?

We are trying to trouble-shoot this and need your help to do so. Even if you sent in an email before it would be very helpful to have this all in one place. Also, what browser are you using? Also, would you try in another browser as well and see if you still have the same issue.

Basically, try these different things and let us know what's going on. We are working with the provider of this software to get this resolved. I assure you we take this very seriously and are working on getting this fixed ASAP.

In addition, I just got off the phone with our software provider for this site and they are working on this and we have documented the issues for them with photos and all.

In the meantime, you may want to try the following and it might help if you have issues:

1. Clear you cache and cookies from your browser.
2. Try a different browser.
3. Do not enter through the "Groups" page, rather mouse over "Student Center" and then click on "SpanishPower™ Premium" and access from there. I assure you we'll stay with this until fully resolved.

Thank you for your patience as we wait on programmers and technicians to run their tests and do their thing.

Ricardo, the site seems to not be working correctly with Firefox but is working correctly with Google Chrome. I'm happy to see the solution was so simple.

Hmm for I just tried with Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and it wasn't working on any of them for me. I accessed through the Learn Spanish menu, and then Spanish Power Premium. Funny because it was always working on Firefox or any of the browsers before.

So, Ben, clarify for me, if you go in through "Student Center" (was "Learn Spanish" but we're bringing all into a Student Center for active students) and then click on "SpanishPower™ Premium" can you then get to all the lesson?

Please let me know. If not, what are you seeing blank and where? Thanks as we're building out the knowledge to fix this. We see a lot of it but not sure exactly what you're seeing now.
